Designed an agent mobile app to boost efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, user-focused solutions. Adhered to HIG, Material Design, and W3C Mobile Accessibility standards. Created wireframes, mockups, and documentation using Sketch, Adobe XD, and Axure, while ensuring brand consistency with web UX teams. Met directly with agents to understand their daily workflows and challenges. Through these conversations, we identified the most critical feature that would significantly enhance their efficiency and enable them to perform their jobs more effectively.

Redesigned the Ameritas Producer Workbench dashboard to give agents a clear view of new business cases, pending requirements, and benefits. The streamlined layout with Quicklinks and feeds improved navigation, reduced errors, and helped agents work more efficiently.
